All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Our products are fresh, cold-pressed food products intended for general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and ensuring they do not have allergies or sensitivities. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming our products.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received confirmation by email.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations may not be possible once production or shipment has started.

SECTION 5 – SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain products may be offered on a subscription basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing according to the selected delivery frequency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Customers may cancel, pause or modify their subscription at any time through their customer account before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs after a billing cycle has started, the cancellation will apply to the next cycle.

SECTION 6 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing information. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

As our products are fresh and perishable, customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once products have been delivered, unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

All content on this website, including text, logos, product names, images and branding, is the property of The Shot Factory and may not be reproduced without written permission.

We are not responsible for third-party tools, services or websites linked through our store.
