Cancellation policy

Subscription Management

Customers who purchase products on a subscription basis agree to recurring billing according to the selected delivery frequency.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

Customers may cancel, pause, or modify their subscription at any time through their customer account.

Cancellation Timing

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations or modifications must be made before the next billing date.

If cancellation occurs after a billing cycle has started, the order for that cycle will be processed and the cancellation will apply to the following cycle.

Fresh Production Notice

As our products are freshly prepared and perishable, once a subscription order has been produced or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be successfully processed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled.
