When is the best time to take my shot?
You can enjoy your shot at any time of the day. Many people prefer taking one first thing in the morning as part of their daily routine, while others enjoy it before a workout, during a busy workday, or whenever they feel they need a natural boost.
Before a work-out?
Best taken:
30–60 minutes before exercise.
Why:
Ginger shots can feel refreshing and energizing before movement and may help support circulation and recovery.
Do the shots need to be refrigerated?
Our shots are freshly made and should be kept refrigerated upon delivery to maintain freshness and quality.
How long do the shots stay fresh?
Our wellness shots are best enjoyed within 7 days of delivery. Because we use fresh ingredients and avoid unnecessary additives, we recommend consuming them within a week for the best taste and quality.
Why is there sediment at the bottom of my bottle?
Our shots are made with real, fresh ingredients, so natural settling can occur. Because we don’t use artificial stabilizers, preservatives, or emulsifiers, you may notice sediment at the bottom of the bottle. This is completely normal. Just shake well before drinking and enjoy.
Are your shots made with fresh ingredients?
Absolutely. We use fresh ingredients and prepare our wellness shots in small batches to ensure quality, freshness, and flavor in every bottle.
Do your shots contain added sugar?
No. Our shots do not contain added sugar. Any sweetness comes naturally from the fruits and vegetables used in our recipes.

What does cold-pressed mean?
Cold-pressed juice is made without heat, helping to preserve the natural taste and nutrients of the ingredients. This results in a fresher, more natural shot.
Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout the Netherlands. Every order is freshly prepared and carefully packed, so you can enjoy our cold-pressed shots wherever you are.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered the next business day. In rare cases, delivery may take a little longer due to delays with our delivery partner.
What happens if I’m not home during delivery?
Because our wellness shots are perishable and must remain fresh, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. If you expect to be unavailable, please leave delivery instructions at checkout or contact us in advance so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Can I return my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Events & Catering
What types of events do you cater for?
We cater for corporate events, wellness retreats, fitness events, brand activations, markets, pop-ups, weddings, baby showers, private celebrations, and more.
How far in advance should I book an event?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance whenever possible. Earlier bookings help us guarantee availability and prepare the best experience for your event.
Is there a minimum order quantity for events?
Minimum order quantities may vary depending on the event type. Contact us with your event details and we’ll be happy to provide guidance.
Can I order multiple flavours for my event?
Absolutely. You can choose a single flavour or create a mixed selection for your guests.
Do you offer custom event packages?
Yes. We can create custom packages tailored to your event size, goals, and preferences.
How do I request an event quote?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all payment methods displayed during checkout.

Can I subscribe for regular deliveries?
Yes. Our subscription option allows you to enjoy fresh wellness shots delivered regularly without needing to place a new order each time.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
